The activity I like the most is the Home-economics Club. . I am in the same group as Annie Lam and it is hold on every Thursday.
We had made Mango-grapefruit Milk Shake(楊枝甘露), Peach Dartois(蜜桃香酥批), Pizza(意大利薄餅), Cheese Straws(芝士酥條) and Ginger Bread(脆脆薑餅), they are all very delicious.I am very excited because next time(12th February) we will make Tiramisu(意式芝士餅)!
The Home-economics Club is very interesting, we can learn a lot of things that is very important in the kitchen. If I am going to change one's dwelling house, I would like to make the kitchen to be bigger and there must be an oven for me to bake food.
